Training Bench with Training Computer

Our Kalsten trainer is a smart piece of equipment that is not only perfect for the abdominal muscles but also effective for strengthening the arm, thigh, and glute muscles. The training bench is made of steel and is strong and stable. It can be used at home, in the gym, or at the office.

Training is based on the inclined design and your body weight as resistance. You can choose between 4 resistance levels by changing the incline of the training bench, thereby gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts. Place your knees on the cushions, your arms on the handles, and pull your legs/knees up toward your stomach/chest. 5 minutes of training per day yields results.

The built-in LCD screen/training computer displays how many calories you have burned, time, and movements per minute during the workout, ensuring that you stay focused while training.

Can be used for multiple purposes as it is effective for the stomach and works well on the arms, legs, and waist. It can therefore be used to train several different body regions. The abdominal trainer is perfect for both men and women.

It is easy to assemble, and with a short and clear instruction, it can be easily put together and folded away again. This effective abdominal muscle training device is made of steel and is strong and stable.
